TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: July 26, 2026

These Terms of Service govern purchases from PaperVinylLabels.ca and the use of services provided by Paper & Vinyl Labels Co., which is owned and operated by Ezzeprint Inc.

By accessing the website, submitting artwork or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Reprint Policy, Artwork and Proof Policy and Production Turnaround Policy.

Canadian Sales

The online store currently accepts orders for delivery within Canada.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for unsupported delivery locations.

Products

We sell custom paper and vinyl sheet labels in the sizes, shapes, quantities and materials displayed on the applicable product page.

Product photographs, mockups and digital previews are illustrative. Actual colours, finish, texture, cutting and appearance may vary within normal commercial tolerances.

Packs and Quantities

Products are sold in packs of sheets as identified on the product page.

Unless otherwise stated:

• One product quantity represents one pack.
• Each pack contains 10 sheets.
• The approximate total number of labels is based on the selected label size and the stated labels-per-sheet layout.

Minor production overruns or underruns may occur within normal commercial tolerances. When a material shortage is significant, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. Price changes do not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Orders

An order is not accepted merely because it has been submitted.

We may refuse, hold or cancel an order when:

• Payment cannot be verified.
• Product information is incorrect.
• A clear pricing or website error has occurred.
• Artwork cannot be produced reliably.
• The order contains unlawful or infringing material.
• Fraud or unauthorized payment is suspected.
• The order cannot be delivered to the supplied address.
• The requested work creates an unreasonable safety, legal or operational risk.

When we cancel a paid order before production, we will refund the applicable amount, less any authorized charges for design or prepress work already completed where permitted by law.

Payment

Payment is required before production begins unless written credit terms have been separately approved.

Customers authorize us and our payment providers to process the applicable payment, taxes, shipping charges and approved additional service charges.

Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate:

• Contact information
• Billing information
• Shipping information
• Product selections
• Artwork
• Instructions

We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers retain their ownership rights in their original artwork.

By uploading artwork, the customer confirms that they have the legal right to use and reproduce it.

The customer grants us a limited licence to handle, store, adapt for production and reproduce the artwork solely to provide the ordered products and related customer support.

The customer is responsible for claims arising from artwork they submit without proper authorization.

Prohibited Content

Customers must not use our website or services to order products containing material that:

• Infringes intellectual-property rights
• Violates privacy or publicity rights
• Is unlawful
• Is fraudulent or deceptive
• Promotes hatred, threats or violence
• Contains malicious software
• Impersonates another business or person
• Is otherwise reasonably considered harmful or inappropriate

We may refuse such work without producing it.

Proof Approval

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the final proof.

Approval confirms acceptance of:

• Wording
• Spelling
• Numbers
• Dimensions
• Shape
• Layout
• Artwork position
• General appearance
• Cutline placement

Production begins after approval, and approved orders might not be changeable.

Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party services for payments, file uploads, hosting, analytics and shipping.

Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions or failures caused solely by a third-party platform outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with affected orders.

Website Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, quantities, prices and availability accurate.

Occasional errors, omissions or technical problems may occur. We may correct website information and address affected orders in accordance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Paper & Vinyl Labels Co. and Ezzeprint Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or customized products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer right or legal remedy that cannot be waived.

Compatibility and Application

Customers are responsible for determining whether a label material is suitable for their intended:

• Surface
• Packaging
• Temperature
• Moisture exposure
• Oil exposure
• Refrigeration
• Storage
• Regulatory use

Customers should test a sample before placing a large order when adhesion or environmental performance is critical.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Uploaded artwork may contain business or personal information. Customers should avoid including unnecessary confidential or sensitive information in uploaded files.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version displayed when an order is placed will generally apply to that order, except where a change is required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any dispute will be addressed in Ontario, subject to any consumer-protection right that requires otherwise.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
